first of all, conceptual craziness!!!
secondly, what really stands out to me in this image is the brightness, and i must applaud you for it. i feel that most people, especially on da - probably myself included - hide their imperfections in their images by making it dark / or pumping up the contrast in the image so it 'pops' more. your image does not need to hide in the dark because the manip is seamlessly done :clap:

the framing is great - i am glad that i can't see the mother's expression (who is humorous because she is far too thin to be giving birth at the moment...especially to a 5'10" dude) nor the doctor's reaction to this scenario. it creates the perfect mystery that allows your viewer to connect more with the work because they are able to make the mother and doc's reaction however they choose. i feel that this approach is very successful because it makes the image tones and theme so diverse. this image is very funny to me - and at the same time it is creepy and horrifying.

you have an awesome mind.
this is definitely a fav.
